  • Anna Roach

    Head Prefect

My name is Anna Roach and I serve as Head Prefect. In this position, I lead the other prefects and closely work with Dr. Chadwick to help build and better the Calvary community. I came to Calvary my freshman year and have absolutely loved it. I play on our varsity volleyball and flag football teams, lead our spike-ball club, serve as an Emerging Scholar, and lead tours with the Admissions Committee. I also work in the Cav Shop after school, referee youth flag football in the fall, and serve as a Camp Calvary counselor in the summers! My goal is to help unify the school as a whole and bring it closer to Christ.

“It is the Lord who goes before you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”
    Deuteronomy 31:8

I have been a part of many committees and clubs in Calvary as well as the Emerging scholars program and National Honor Society. • Lily Mehl

    Publicity Prefect

My name is Lily Mehl and I’m the Publicity Prefect this year! I’m also in the National Honors Society (NHS), and Chapel Committee, and a part of the Varsity Volleyball team here at Calvary. My job as the Publicity prefect is to oversee a committee that will work with our marketing team here at Calvary on all things media-related, from advertising on Social Media to gameday pictures. My goal for Publicity this year is to keep God at the forefront of everything we do. To make sure we are focusing on Him when the world tells us other things are more important, and to have that mindset reflected in our work, making sure we’re doing everything for His glory not our own.

  • John David Crunkleton II

    Chaplain Prefect

I’m John David Crunkleton II, I’ve attended Calvary since eighth grade. Since then I’ve participated in FCA, Unity Comity, NHS, Calvary Varsity Lacrosse, several roles in Calvary’s theater department, traveling to the Dominican Republic and Uganda on mission trips, serving the community as a children’s lacrosse coach and serving at my local church. My role at Calvary next year is as the Chaplain Prefect. My biggest responsibility as the Chaplin is planning Spiritual Emphasis Week here at school. It’s a week dedicated to the student’s walk with Christ. We will have chapel everyday of the week and a different message every time. My other responsibilities include praying at church and school events. As the Chaplin, my role in the school reaches to all grades and even the teachers. My main goal for next year is to create a more evangelistic community at Calvary. I want to work on bringing more students to Christ. After this next year, I plan to attend Clemson University and enroll in their ROTC scholarship program. Once college is over I will enlist into the US Army as an officer where I plan to further serve the lord in whichever way he leads me.
  • Abby Walsh

    Student Life Prefect

I am thrilled to be this year's Student Life Prefect and work alongside Mr. Smith. As the student life prefect I will be responsible for all of the school life functions including powder puff, homecoming week, boys volleyball games, prom and many other events throughout the year. We have such a wonderful community here at Calvary, my goal is to build on that foundation and create an even better united community throughout campus by working to involve all those in our student body.

I am an emerging scholar, member of FCA, part of the admissions committee, and in 2024-2025 will be the Vice President for National Honor Society. Beyond the classroom I am also involved in multiple sports, playing soccer and flag football.  As well as club soccer for Savannah United, where I have been captain of my team for several years. As an athlete, my favorite part of being on the field is being part of a team and working together for the greater good and reaching goals we set up as a team. I hope to bring that same mentality to leading our student life as well.

Outside of school I love to read books and hang out with my family and friends. In the future, I hope to play soccer in college while working to get an education in health sciences. I ultimately aspire to become a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant.
  • Sierra Lowery

    Unity Prefect

Hello! My name is Sierra Lowery, junior at Calvary Day School, and Unity Committee prefect. As the prefect of the Unity Committee, I have the joy of bringing together all Calvary students to provide them with opportunities that Calvary provides to develop well-rounded students and followers of Christ. I started my journey at Calvary Day School in the 9th grade, and since that time I have explored several avenues that have contributed to my position as a leader within the student body. During my time at Calvary, I have participated in varsity sports, and the mock trial team and I’ve had the honor of being the president of the African American Cultural Studies Club here at Calvary Day School. With the continuous support of the Calvary faculty and staff, I have achieved high honors. As a competitive person I love to play new sports, but most of all I love to read. My plans after graduation are to attend New York University and major in Philosophy. In the future, I hope to pursue a career in law, as I want to be a constitutional lawyer. It is my pleasure to be serving the Calvary community as the Unity Committee prefect, and embody what a student leader at Calvary looks like.
